Democratizing Access to
Telehealth Infrastructure
DropshipMed was founded on a simple belief: building a compliant telehealth business shouldn't require millions of dollars, a team of lawyers, and years of development.
Built by Telehealth Veterans
Our founding team spent years building telehealth infrastructure for enterprise health systems—and watched as smaller operators couldn't compete due to the sheer cost and complexity of setup.
We built DropshipMed to level the playing field. The same physician networks, compounding pharmacy relationships, and HIPAA-compliant technology that power multi-million dollar telehealth companies—accessible for $99.
We've helped over 2,400 operators launch telehealth businesses. Every day, patients across America receive care through platforms powered by our infrastructure.

Our Values
Medically Sound
Every product, protocol, and patient interaction is designed around clinical best practices and physician independence.
Legally Compliant
We operate within federal and state telehealth regulations. Licensed physicians, licensed pharmacies, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
Operator-First
We succeed only when our operators succeed. Our model aligns our revenue with yours—we grow together.
Accessible
Serious healthcare businesses shouldn't require $50k to start. We democratize access to telehealth infrastructure.
Our Doctor Network
500+ board-certified physicians. All 50 states. Fully independent medical decisions.
How does the physician network work?
The integrated physician network consists of board-certified, licensed physicians who have completed the platform credentialing process. When a patient submits an intake questionnaire through your website, it is routed to a licensed physician in the appropriate state. The physician independently reviews the intake, may request additional information, and makes their own independent clinical decision to prescribe or decline. Physicians are not employees of DropshipMed — they are independent licensed practitioners.
Are the physicians board-certified?
Yes. All physicians in our network hold active state medical licenses and board certifications in relevant specialties (internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, dermatology, etc.). Credentials are verified and maintained continuously.
What states do you have physician coverage?
We currently have physician coverage in all 50 US states and DC. Coverage is continually expanded as demand grows.
Who is liable for medical decisions?
The prescribing physician bears full clinical and legal responsibility for their medical decisions—as is standard in all medical practice. DropshipMed operators are not practicing medicine and bear no liability for physician decisions. This is the same model used by publicly traded telehealth companies (Hims/Hers, Roman, Noom MD, etc.).
Our Pharmacy Partners
12 licensed pharmacy partners. US-based compounding facilities. Nationwide shipping.
What pharmacies fill the prescriptions?
The platform integrates with multiple US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities. All partners are state-licensed, DEA-registered, and subject to regular quality audits. Many are PCAB-accredited.
Are the medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies under Section 503A or 503B of the FD&C Act, which permits pharmacies to compound medications using FDA-approved active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Compounded GLP-1 medications (e.g., Semaglutide) use the same APIs as brand-name products, compounded by licensed pharmacists to physician specifications.
How fast does shipping take?
Standard: 3–5 business days. Expedited options available. GLP-1 injectables are shipped cold-chain (2-day guaranteed cold) at no extra charge.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All medications ship in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of contents on the exterior. Patient privacy is a core commitment.
Legal Framework
We're transparent about how this works legally. Ask us anything.
Is this business model legal?
Yes. Telehealth intermediary platforms that connect patients with licensed providers and pharmacies are legal and well-established. Publicly traded companies including Hims/Hers (NYSE: HIMS), Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC), and Noom operate on this model. The key legal element is physician independence—all prescription decisions are made by licensed practitioners, not the platform operator.
Do I need a medical license to operate?
No. You are operating a marketing and technology platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers. This does not require a medical license, pharmacy license, or any healthcare credential. You are not practicing medicine.
What about HIPAA?
Your DropshipMed-powered website and the entire patient care infrastructure is built with HIPAA compliance in mind. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all healthcare service providers in the chain.
What FTC rules apply to my marketing?
As with any business, your marketing must be truthful and not deceptive. Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences. You cannot make specific medical claims (e.g., 'cures diabetes'). Marketing is entirely your responsibility — we recommend consulting FTC guidelines before running any ads or promotions.
What states can I operate in?
You can market to patients in all 50 states. The integrated physician and pharmacy network covers nationwide operations. Some telehealth regulations vary by state — the platform is updated automatically as regulations change.
General Questions
Why is the setup only $99?
Our model scales through volume. We've invested millions building the physician network, pharmacy relationships, and technology platform—costs spread across thousands of operators means each individual pays far less than they would building independently. We earn a small per-order processing fee, so we're incentivized to help you succeed.
What happens after I pay?
You receive immediate access to the onboarding portal. Complete your business profile (15 minutes), and our team activates your website and platform connections within 24 hours.
What's the 30-day money-back guarantee?
If for any reason you're unsatisfied within 30 days of signup and haven't processed any patient orders, we'll refund your first month's $99 in full. No questions asked.
Can I white-label this completely?
Yes. Your business runs entirely under your brand. Patients see your logo, your domain, and your business name throughout the entire experience. DropshipMed is invisible to your patients.
